Crg Solutions seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert for macOS to strengthen our system security and integrity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our macOS-based systems and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential security threats
- Utilizing expertise in Mac system and security architecture to identify abnormal behavior and ensure effective triaging and escalation
- Maintaining knowledge of Apple's frequent system architecture changes and implementing ongoing efforts to learn and understand these modifications
- Exploring and mastering Mac security toolsets, including Jamf (MDM), Jamf Protect (anti-malware), Cybereason (EDR), and Darktrace (IDS/IPS)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth understanding of Mac and Windows systems and security architecture
- Knowledge of Mac architecture and its differences from Windows
- Experience with cross-platform security tools and their application on Macs
- Familiarity with Jamf and other macOS security solutions
