**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.

**Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and common areas.
  • Restock linen closets and supply carts as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless room transitions and efficient cleaning schedules.

**Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
