Job Description
This role is responsible for the data analytics of the EC sourcing desk. The successful candidate will generate custom reports, maintain activities for tools used and support projects while being accountable for critical metrics and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, model and analyze data in support of sourcing strategies and supplier business reviews.
- Develop monthly/quarterly standard direct and indirect reporting and analysis.
- Automate required reporting from data warehouses and data lakes.
- Maintain Procurement Excellence PowerBI dashboards and look for ways to drive improvements to meet customer needs.
- Serve as 'super user' for tools assigned, providing training, admin support such as new users/access, maintenance, process improvement, etc.
- Support opportunity identification and analysis based on risk assessments.
- Support ad hoc data and analytics requests and consolidation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Science, Data Management or related field. 4+ years of experience in data management and analysis is also required. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, as well as high level of English language proficiency (verbal and written).
