We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and excellent communication skills.
The selected candidate will design and develop written and visual product-related information, such as user guides, configuration guides, and troubleshooting guides. They will also create online information, like interactive demos and help systems, for various audiences.
To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of authoring tools like MadCap Flare, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to quickly translate complex technical information into simple documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop written and visual product-related information
- Create online information, like interactive demos and help systems
- Work closely with SMEs, Customer support, and Product Management functions
- Ensure complete and accurate information is presented to the customer
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Knowledge of MadCap Flare
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and team playing skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently translate complex technical information
