Job Overview

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests. This role involves operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, washing and disinfecting surfaces, and receiving deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dish washers, hand wash stations, and trash compactors
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
• Receive deliveries and store perishables properly
• Ensure clean wares are stored in designated areas

Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
