Dwellworks Costa Rica Ltd seeks a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in the accounts receivable department. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing, resolving unapplied cash issues, and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts payable contacts.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing
- Resolve unapplied cash issues
- Maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts payable contacts
- Monitor customer history for trends and report to management
- Maintenance of accounts receivable customer files
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Processing adjustments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College level accounting coursework or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 1+ year Accounting experience in accounts receivable preferred (including internships)
