Citi is seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Human Resources Shared Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our risk and control initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support control programs by providing critical analysis and recommendations to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with HRSS operations teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a strong control environment.
- Conduct process reviews and issue management to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, and work with management to develop remediation plans.
- Provide support to Risk & Control Management in implementing Citi-wide initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in risk advisory, operational risk, compliance, internal control, and/or related functions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and logically.
- Able to identify trends and themes from high-volume information sources.
- Project management and/or audit experience is a plus.
