Job Description

Solutekpty Tech is seeking a skilled Desktop Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting system and network issues and performing smart hand activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshooting complex technical problems using good deductive reasoning skills
  • Administering Windows O/S and Anti-spyware/Anti-virus software
  • Performing smart hand activities under instruction-based activities at sites

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in IT infrastructure field support
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management
  • Able to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time
