**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Talent Advisors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead weekly meetings with the team to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop coaching/development plans.
  • Partner with People Managers and other parts of the TA function to source top talent, brainstorm recruiting strategies, and implement new ideas.
  • Participate in regular status meetings and contribute to DMS updates.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Recruiting, preferably in Supply Chain.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday preferred.
