Responsibilities:

The Fulfillment Engagement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Servicing customers and responding to inquiries
  • Managing data entry and updates for digital inventory
  • Coordinating with tutors and clients to schedule sessions
  • Auditing sessions for quality and compliance
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Level B2 English proficiency
  • Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes
  • Experience with Google documents
  • Professional experience in recruiting, education, customer service, retail, or another fast-paced environment preferred or a bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Reliable WiFi connection and quiet work environment
