About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team at GFT Technologies SE. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective cloud and infrastructure solutions for business and technical challenges.
- Design and implement cloud-based systems using AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Ensure the security and integrity of cloud-based systems and data.
- Provide ongoing support to multiple teams, offering expertise in cloud and infrastructure-related prep work.
- Automate application deployment and configuration management using Ansible.
- Work with CICD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and TeamCity to facilitate streamlined development and deployment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced AWS proficiency and 3+ years of work experience.
- Experience automating and using command lines on Linux environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Experience managing AWS Lambda functions and IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of security in the cloud and experience with tools such as Vault or SM.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with and supporting different users.
Desired Expertise:
- Certified on AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar.
- Python and/or C# coding skills.
