We are looking for a talented individual to join our Ratings Operations & Controls team as a Data Entry and Operations Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our team to support our global financial data processing operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for reviewing and updating financial data, performing data integrity checks, and coordinating document downloads.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and update financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data integrity checks to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Coordinate document downloads and resolve any issues related to the process.
- Support new deal set-up, data capture, and lifecycle data maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or any other relevant field.
- Entry-level position. Some meaningful work experience and/or relevant internship experience is helpful.
- Knowledge or experience in analyzing financial documents is required.
- Advanced English and Spanish written and oral communication skills.
