**Job Summary**
Nucleus Health is seeking an exceptional Data Scientist Lead to spearhead the growth and performance of our data science team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of efficient workflows for the data science team.
- Collaborate with researchers to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Write high-quality Python code to solve complex problems and provide thorough documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate effectively with researchers and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convey findings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist Lead/Manager.
- 5+ years of Python programming and data science experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading a group of at least five employees.
- Prolific experience working with Data Science.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
