Citi seeks a seasoned financial professional to join its Treasury team as a Fin Solutions Lead Analyst. This role will be responsible for contributing to the design, roll-out, and governance of financial solutions across Citi businesses, products, functions, and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in formulating and setting strategic direction for finance processes, organization, and architecture.
- Assist in setting business and information architecture standards for finance.
- Act as a technical expert, advising on significant business/product decisions.
- Implement policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others.
- Experience managing competing priorities in complex and dynamic environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products/systems preferred.
- CPA preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in model risk management or forecasting roles highly preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with projects and program management principles.
- Advanced English required (speaking, reading, writing).
