Job Description

As a Financial Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams through Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Quality Assurance initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading process improvement initiatives and small-medium projects using well-known methodologies and best practices;
  2. Collaborating with financial reporting and IT teams to develop strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting;
  3. Identifying gaps in current processes and mapping out plans of action to address them;
  4. Structuring and managing the execution of project/program tasks with general supervision and little guidance;

You will be working on diverse problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. You will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a four-year college or university in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration;
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience;
  • Fluent English;
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma, Scrum certifications;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Great communication skills;
