We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Data Specialist to join our SJO team in Heredia, H, CRI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for labeling speech and text data to assess and improve Alexa's performance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the process to provide guidance to your peers.
- Work with text, speech, and other types of data and attach tags to the contents at scale.
- Deliver high-quality labeled data, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators.
- Report issues with tools and software to the development team when necessary.
- Provide feedback for improvements to existing tooling that can increase labeling throughput and quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Previous experience as SME in processes.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation and open AI's.
