The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of analyst experience or related, effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members, analytical and problem-solving skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook), and proficient in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities- Precise analysis of contracted accounts
- Assist TMR's with inquiries related to the contracted retailers
- Comply with the process KPIs
- Process documentation
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine
- Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related
- Experience working under pressure
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook)
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
