Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital System Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex digital systems, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with vendors to integrate SerDes IP.
About the Role
As a Digital System Architect, you will:
- Develop complex digital systems, including micro-architecture definition and RTL coding
- Collaborate closely with vendor teams and integrate SerDes IP
- Develop and document digital system architectures
- Work with implementation teams to close the design on area, timing, and power
- Design and/or integrate high-speed, multi-protocol Serdes IPs
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams, including IP vendors, architecture, verification, structural design, design for test/debug, and firmware/software
- Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be an effective team player with a continuous learning mindset
- Balance multiple tasks and work with cross-GEO teams
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of digital system architecture and design experience in roles of increasing scope and responsibility
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with responsibility for developing complex digital systems
- Hands-on experience in all phases of digital system development, including micro-architecture definition, Verilog RTL coding, quality checks/flows, simulation debug, and bug fixes
