Billing Specialist

Nomadux is seeking a skilled Billing Agent to join our team. As a Billing Agent, you will be responsible for resolving billing discrepancies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies for protection and maintenance plans, rental products, and service installation charges.
• Handle account issues, including product not billed, bill corrections, and incorrect billing.
• Assist with landlord-tenant transfers and billing issues.
• Resolve billing adjustments, payment inquiries, and deceased customer matters.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle difficult conversations.
• Work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience with invoicing software is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Bilingual in English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in customer service is ideal but not mandatory.
