**Job Description**
The Incident Response Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting Client Engagement Managers, Business Development Executives and Incident Response Team supporting client project implementation and Data Breach Response services.
This role requires strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. The Incident Response Support Specialist will support Sales Executives and the Client Engagement Managers with client requests and administrative tasks.
They will also be responsible for processing orders as directed for small client incidents, Enrollment report requests, Collections, billing & invoice requests, Assist Sales to create contracts and orders for client signature, Prepare and present simple quotes to client or referral partners, Update and maintain client and breach opportunity record information, Submit client orders for processing, Respond reasonably to urgent client requests, including billing and vendor set-up inquiries, Daily collaboration with Client Engagement Managers, sales, business operations, and others on the Data Breach Team, Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Responsibilities**
- Process orders as directed for small client incidents
- Enrollment report requests
- Collections, billing & invoice requests

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exhibit keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited college
- Experience working with customers or clients in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce a plus
