This role plays a key role in maximizing and growing efficiencies to transform the organization.
The successful candidate will support various activities including capital project creation, WBS origination, PO management, settlement, asset transfers, and others.
This position partners with diverse stakeholders including fixed assets, capital analysts, operations, capacity planning, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate issues and seek to understand the message and diversity of thought.
- Problem solving and strong action orientation: Identify problems and root causes, improve things when they are not working, and meet commitments on a timely basis.
- Partnering: Build professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
- Teamwork: Supportive and actively participate in teams, help to build and sustain a great place to work, and identify conflicts.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an advanced active student of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Microsoft Excel).
- Advanced English level: verbal, writing, and reading.
- Must have a permanent and unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP or Power BI.
- Capital knowledge.
About This Role:
This fully home-based role requires occasional attendance at Intel sites based on business need.
