**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Voice/Chat Agent to join our team as a Remote Voice/Chat Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our consumers via phone and chat channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound phone calls and chats in Spanish and English;
- Support customers and consumers with TransUnion products and services;
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively within acceptable time frames;
- Educate customers on TransUnion products, processes, and regulatory information where applicable;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data;
**Requirements**:
- Highest level of formal schooling for the region;
- 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong initiative, ability to make decisions, and adapt to change;
- Attention to detail, effective time management, and computer literacy;
