About the Role:
The Ops Support Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for providing day-to-day operations support services. Key responsibilities include record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts in coordination with the Stakeholder Services Team.
As a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, this role provides critical support to ensure seamless operations.
Key objectives include:
- Providing high-quality day-to-day operations support aligned with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or university degree in progress
- Previous relevant customer service experience
- English proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and competitors
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
