We're seeking a talented IT Project Coordination Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support for project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Coordinating resources and personnel to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation to support successful execution.
  • Communicating project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and developing contingency plans to minimize disruption.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in IT project coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is an asset.
