**About the Role**

The Sr Automation Engineer at Stryker is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining business processes through strategic RPA technology deployment. This individual leads automation projects from opportunity assessment to development, deployment, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include crafting scalable automation workflows, conducting extensive testing, and overseeing seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. The engineer also evaluates and refines existing automations to enhance workflow efficiency, performance, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**

• RPA Solution Architecture: Collaborate with architects to develop secure, maintainable, and future-growth-focused RPA solutions.
• Development and Implementation: Utilize UiPath to develop, test, and implement RPA solutions, following best practices in software development lifecycle management.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing, to ensure RPA bots perform as intended.
• Integration and System Connectivity: Oversee seamless integration of RPA solutions with internal and external systems, utilizing APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols.
• Documentation and Change Management: Create detailed documentation for RPA processes and manage changes to deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

**Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; graduate degree preferred. Fluent spoken and written English; any other language a plus. UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional Certification a plus; ERP systems knowledge also beneficial. 2+ years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing RPA solutions with platforms like UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere.
