Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing processes and engineering counterparts in Advanced Engineering or Design Assurance to ensure product inspections and compliance to established procedures. This includes taking corrective and preventive action as required by procedures to support the continued operation of Costa Rica site manufacturing lines and the introduction of new manufacturing line processes.
- Ensure quality plans are made and a suitable quality system is in place for both NPI's and ongoing manufacturing.
- Validate risk analyses, risk mitigation plans, control plans, and Quality Systems.
- Oversee processes such as trend analysis, impact assessment, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing or related fields.
- Intermediate/advanced English language skills.
- People manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools.
