We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at Philips.
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that support our operational strategic plan and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Coordinating and facilitating training initiatives with other departments
- Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and regulations
- Providing coaching and guidance to training supervisors and team members
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing process; preferred but not limited to medical device industry or electronic industries
- Adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in manufacturing companies to effectively perform self-training
- Proven experience in leading others with a proactive attitude
