Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Finance Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our client's financial systems, utilizing your expertise in ERP implementation principles and practices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your experience in full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/Dynamics AX Finance to deliver seamless system integrations;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive functional design specifications;
  • Maintaining a high level of initiative and personal responsibility throughout the implementation process;
  • Providing exceptional support to clients during the transition phase, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Emphasis in Accounting is preferred;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/Dynamics AX Finance, preferably with AX 2012 R3 or later;
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, discovery, and FIT/GAP process management;
  • Strong working knowledge across key Finance modules, including General Ledger, Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships;
  • Comfortable working in diverse settings, from smaller workshops to boardroom environments;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with larger teams throughout an enterprise transformation.
