We are seeking a seasoned Director of Project Execution to oversee the successful execution of financial management and human talent projects at Freebalance. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and adherence to international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the coordination and execution of financial management and human talent projects.
- Lead the actions of project managers and technical leaders in financial administration and human resources implementation.
- Serve as liaison between consulting firm and project, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 7 years in project management following international standards.
- Experience managing at least 2 projects related to information systems and/or process reengineering in the public sector.
- International experience as a manager or technical leader in public financial administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
