Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
• 8+ years progressive human resources experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
