Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent HR administration services, handling Employee Lifecycle Transactional cases, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
What You'll Do- Promote efficient and effective HR administration services to internal stakeholders.
- Enhance Tier 0 or 1 case resolution through documented and transferred knowledge of recurrent cases.
- Provide input and ideas to improve transactional efficiencies and process improvements.
- Assume ownership of performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Foster collaboration with other HR Shared Services members and HR teams on issues requiring inter-team involvement.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in German and English languages, both written and verbal.
- Hold an advanced degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
- Showcase intermediate experience within an HR administration or HR shared services organization.
- Exhibit strong administration skills.
- Demonstrate desirable experience with Microsoft Office, Workday, Service Now, and Kronos.
