Job Description
The Fuel Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our organization. This position involves providing customer service, sales support, and operational expertise to our global customer database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure seamless fuel logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- A minimum of 1-2 years' work experience, preferably in aviation.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- A great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- An effective and professional telephone manner, commercial awareness, and sound business judgment.
- The ability to anticipate issues, work well under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
- The ability to deal with unexpected situations, show initiative, and work independently when required.
- Ambition to grow within a fast-paced organization.
- A current passport holder.
Desirable Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Knowledge of the commercial, business, and military aviation fuel market.
- Experience with Oracle systems.
- Fluency in languages other than English.
- A good working knowledge of world geography.
