Main Responsibilities:- Conduct independent evaluations of our financial and compliance control processes worldwide to ensure proper risk management.
- Review and evaluate compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which requires management to maintain adequate controls to prevent material misstatement of our financial statements.
- Be knowledgeable of and access various systems to extract and collect financial and other data needed for audit testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, or Process Consulting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, creativity, and project management.
- Ability to navigate ERP systems (e.g., SAP), extract data, and understand data flow.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Master's degree.
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate across multiple business areas.
- Exhibits quality mindset, with knowledge of business process best practices.
