The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a senior finance analyst or similar role. They will have a working knowledge of accounting and planning software, such as SAP, and excellent organization and communication skills. They will also be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to support America End market in their queries and strengthen the control environment.
- Develop new initiatives across the P&R function for the America Market.
- Combine good accounting knowledge with communication skills and solid forecast and planning knowledge.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required and engage with different stakeholders.
- Promote standardization, automation and simplification of processes which fall within the boundaries of the Planning & Reporting area.
