**Job Summary:**

Mondelez International is seeking a Content Creator for the My Rewards team. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to support employee learning and development.

This 6-month project requires someone with exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as experience in content management and creation. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Fluency in English is necessary, and proficiency in Portuguese is desirable.

As a Content Creator, you will develop and manage training materials, create knowledge articles, and support material for managers and employees. You will also analyze and report on exceptions, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage training materials and content

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
