Citi's Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for an enterprise-wide effort to transform and strengthen the firm's data. As a key member of our Data Tracing team, you will contribute to the development of a robust internal industry-grade capability for Data Tracing.
Responsibilities:
- Source Document Retrieval: Identify, request, and retrieve source documentation that confirms reported data across financial products obtained via various global functions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to optimize document sourcing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with SMEs across business and global functions, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven record of problem-solving, strong analytical skills, intermediate proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of Collibra and Tableau.
