Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to ensure that processes are well-defined and meet their intended objectives.
You will perform data analytics to monitor and assess monthly rebate accrual results for accuracy, prepare and lead accrual meetings with all necessary reports, slides, and notes, and suggest areas of improvement for market development fund (MDF) and rebate issues.
In addition, you will review MDF claims and ensure financial accuracy and adherence to 3M Global Financial Standards, coordinate various activities relevant to processes, and manage deadlines effectively to ensure stakeholders' needs are met.

Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, or three combined years of experience in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance.
You should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and be fluent in Business English. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as influencing and conflict resolution skills.
A creative problem solver who can work effectively with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues is preferred. Experience with SAP, knowledge of Vistex, risk management analysis skills, self-starter mentality, organizational and prioritization skills, and PowerBI and macro development are desirable but not required.
