About the Job

We are seeking an experienced AP Clerk to join our team at Freudenberg Medical. As an AP Clerk, you will be responsible for monitoring and post-processing of OCR captured incoming invoices, process incoming invoices with Kofax ReadSoft workflow tool, and perform AP accounts reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and post-process OCR captured incoming invoices
  • Process incoming invoices with Kofax ReadSoft workflow tool
  • Perform AP accounts reconciliation
  • Perform processing of company purchasing card activity

You will also be responsible for exception handling of expense claims in Concur and providing documentation/reports to auditors for local accounting.

Requirements

To be successful as an AP Clerk, you will need to have a minimum of 2+ years job experience as an AP Clerk or related role in a professional environment. You should also have good knowledge of relevant software tools, such as SAP, Kofax ReadSoft, and Concur.
