Overview

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package of ¢1,000,000.00 per month.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Web Interaction Designer to leverage their expertise in Figma, Storybook, and Adobe Creative Suite to create innovative web-based motion graphics, micro-animations, and interactivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality digital products
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors
- Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies to deliver exceptional results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the product

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Web Design or equivalent experience
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing your work
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the creative field
  • Expertise in Figma, Storybook, or equivalent design tools
  • Proficiency in creating micro-animations, interactivity, and other web-based motion graphics
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and GSuite (Google Slides/Sheets)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, etc.)
  • Hybrid work arrangement available in Heredia
