Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Sustaining Engineer 1 to join our team at Qorvo. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of assembly processes of microelectronic circuits used in the manufacture of technology components. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our company.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement new assembly processes for microelectronic circuits used in the manufacture of SAW and BAW, UBAW, SMT technology components.
* Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or similar
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Intermediate knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
* SAP experience is a plus
