In this role, you'll work closely with our Sr. Manager General Services & Facilities to:
- Maintain our facilities, including performing routine inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide technical support to our team members and contractors as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure our facilities are operating efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Documentation and record-keeping to track maintenance work performed.
- Routine inspections of critical building facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Guidance to contractors and service providers performing complex repairs and maintenance.
**Qualifications:**
- Mechanical or electrical technician background.
- General knowledge of plumbing.
- Two years of experience as a Facilities technician.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
