The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced SAAS environment, navigating through various EMR|PMS|Scheduling systems, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Learn and navigate various EMR|PMS|Scheduling systems to create reports and export files for upload into PatientPop's Practice portal.
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and promote efficiency.
- Assist in achieving practice success metrics.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a SAAS environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including Cases, Opportunities, Accounts, and Assets.
