Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong attention to detail.

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This includes cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, changing linens, and restocking amenities.

You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional guest service.

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Change linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests promptly

• No high school diploma or equivalent is required, but related work experience is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
