As a valued member of the Grupo Preselección team, you will play a critical role in our collections process. Daily tasks will include requesting and collecting information from vendors and internally to support this effort.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient in Excel and has advanced knowledge of Macros, Power Bi, Power Automate, Knime or other similar tools. SAP knowledge is also desirable.
The ideal candidate will be able to create reports and perform basic analysis of results, as well as maintain large lists of recipients internal to the department and external.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to optimize and automate current reports and new ones, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our collections process.
Proficiency in conversational and written English is essential, as is the ability to work in a position that may require relocation to Santa Ana.
We offer a competitive salary range of ¢600,000.00 - ¢700,000.00 per month and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a temporal position.
