**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Full life cycle recruiting activities, including needs analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
- Closely collaborate with local HR managers within Business Groups to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Conduct recruitment assessments with hiring managers to advise on attracting top talent and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Implement innovative approaches to locate both active and passive talent, utilizing tools like Workday Recruiting for pipeline management, sourcing, and job requisition management.
- Maintain alignment with Freudenberg's overarching strategic goals, continuously developing new ideas and trends to enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, emphasizing strong academic background and foundation in recruitment practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and non-technical recruiting, ideally 8+ years as a professional recruiter in external agencies or in-house recruitment.
- Proficiency in active sourcing techniques and methodologies.
- Relevant certifications and training to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Exceptional English language skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on proactive and independent work approaches.
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and confident individual with a proven track record of engaging proactively with talents and building external and internal networks.
