Your Key Responsibilities- Leverage your design expertise to lead and manage a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design goals and objectives, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design initiatives.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership, effectively communicating ideas through written, drawn, and verbal means.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in visual communications, graphic design, or art school.
- Strong creative vision and visual arts skills, with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as a good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
