Job Summary:
The Analytics Support Analyst is a critical role within our organization, responsible for supporting data processes and developing impactful solutions. This individual will play a key part in maintaining regular data operations, utilizing Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, and spearheading initiatives to streamline processes and collaborate with leaders across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular data operations, leveraging Business Intelligence and Analytics tools
- Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes and collaborate with leaders across the enterprise
- Develop and implement impactful solutions to drive business success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment
Requirements:
- Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, with understanding of DAX language (2- 4 years of experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge in M language (Power Query)
- Intermediate knowledge in DAX, M, Power Query, Power BI, Web Services
- Experience in administration of reports to ensure proficiency in a data analytics platform
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent work organization and priority management skills to facilitate agile execution
- Curiosity and initiative to drive analytics adoption and value realization across the enterprise
- Strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, essential for identifying and resolving issues
- Capability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment
- Aptitude for conducting root cause analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making
