The role of Solution Engineer involves designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions for our clients. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Design and implement technical solutions for clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
**Requirements**
• 3-5 years of practical business experience
• English Intermediate - Advanced certifications desired: Microsoft (MCSE or equivalent), Cisco Enterprise Routing and Switching, Juniper Enterprise Routing and Switching, HP and Aruba Enterprise Routing and Switching
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as within a team environment
