**About the Role**
Sgf Global is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP developer to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica.
As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting programs that meet our business requirements.
We are looking for a professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ABAP programming language, Development Environment, ABAP/4 Workbench, Data Dictionary and Correction, and Transport System.
We also expect proficiency in SAP BDC, ALE, Idoc, BAPI, RFC, Function Modules, and Dialog programming.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to prepare functional specifications, design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
You will also participate in technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of site enhancements.
The successful candidate will have experience working with JAVA, C++, .NET, and ABAP, as well as proficiency in User Management, Security and LDAP, IBM WebSphere, NetWeaver, and Tomcat, IDEs such as Eclipse, RAD, STS, IntelliJ and CVS, source control management (SVN, GIT, CVS), Pair Programming, JUnit, and TDD.
This is a full-time position, requiring 8 hours of work per day.
