**Business Operations Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Associate to join our team at Moody's. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Learning communications, including crafting communication drafts, supervising the mailbox and Slack channel, and maintaining up-to-date the SharePoint site.
You will also build and develop internal training content, including e-Learning courses, and assess external training content for the Finance Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Finance Learning communications, including crafting communication drafts and supervising the mailbox and Slack channel.
- Builtd and develop internal training content, including e-Learning courses.
- Assess external training content for the Finance Organization.
- Track and supervise the success of the Finance learning plan through the tracking of KPIs.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Audiovisual production, or a related field.
- 2+ years of business experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
- Capable of optimally prioritizing multiple demands from a variety of sources.
- Able to craft compelling stories and communications.
- Experience with the learning and development cycle and as an instructor or trainer is a plus.
- Familiarity with Articulate is a plus.
